Privacy Policy & Terms
Early-access version · last updated 4 July 2026
Moonlighting is a part-time talent marketplace currently in early access. This page explains, in plain language, what data we collect when you register, what we do with it, and the terms of using the service while it's in early access.
What we collect
- When you register interest (talent or company): name, e-mail address, role/category, weekly hours or hiring need, start date, and the optional free-text note you write about yourself or your project.
- Anonymous visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics): page views, country, device type. Cookieless and aggregated: it cannot identify you and we can't see who you are.
- Nothing else. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no pixels.
What we use your data for
- Contacting you about early access: matching cohorts, your registration, and launch updates.
- Matching: pairing registered talent with registered companies. Your profile is never public. Companies only see candidates we shortlist for them, and we will confirm with you before any introduction.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or send unrelated marketing. Legal basis under GDPR: your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), given when you tick the box at registration.
Where it's stored
Registrations are stored in a managed Postgres database (Neon Inc., provisioned through Vercel, region: US). Access is restricted to the founder; data may be processed in the EU and the US under the providers' standard safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct, or delete your registration, or to withdraw consent. E-mail qatestingondemand@gmail.com from the address you registered with and we'll handle it within 14 days. You can also complain to your data-protection authority (in Poland: UODO).
Early-access terms
- Registering is free and creates no obligation on either side. It's an expression of interest, not an employment contract or a guarantee of matches.
- Early-access features, pricing, and timelines may change before launch.
- Provide accurate information. Matches are only as good as the data behind them.
- The service is provided "as is" during early access, without warranties.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll e-mail registered users before the change takes effect.
