Privacy Policy & Terms

Early-access version · last updated 4 July 2026

Moonlighting is a part-time talent marketplace currently in early access. This page explains, in plain language, what data we collect when you register, what we do with it, and the terms of using the service while it's in early access.

What we collect

What we use your data for

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or send unrelated marketing. Legal basis under GDPR: your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), given when you tick the box at registration.

Where it's stored

Registrations are stored in a managed Postgres database (Neon Inc., provisioned through Vercel, region: US). Access is restricted to the founder; data may be processed in the EU and the US under the providers' standard safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct, or delete your registration, or to withdraw consent. E-mail qatestingondemand@gmail.com from the address you registered with and we'll handle it within 14 days. You can also complain to your data-protection authority (in Poland: UODO).
